Comments This is an excellant opportunity for anyone blue belt or above to train at a more advanced level with like minded people, all eager to make progress and work hard for the evening. It is well attended by black-belts, and sometimes we get an instructor each, which is brilliant for any exercises in pairs, and for freestyle. So do come along. New students are always welcome, but it is restricted to blue-belt grade and above.
